I doubt anyone can help..?

i want to get a hoodie similar to this one (http://i34.tinypic.com/eit44i.jpg); i just want one that has the zipper pocket above the kangaroo pocket.. i'd like to know what this type of pocket is called or where i can get a hoodie that has one.
